These are the terms for westondeanmusic.com. The site is a marketing page for a solo acoustic musician (me, Weston Dean) based in Mobile, Alabama. Read on for what you can expect and what you're agreeing to by using it.

What this site is

A free, public marketing page. It tells you what I do, where I've played, what I play, and how to book me. Bookings themselves run through The Stage Finder, by phone, or by email.

Booking and performance

Nothing on this site is a contract by itself. A booking is confirmed when we agree on a date, time, fee, and venue in writing, whether on The Stage Finder, by email, or by signed paper. Until then, dates aren't held.

Content on this site

The photos, songs in the setlist, copy, brand, and design are mine or used with permission. Venue logos shown on the past-shows section belong to those venues and appear here only to recognize where I've played. Don't republish anything from this site for commercial use without asking.

External links

The site links to The Stage Finder, Instagram, TikTok, and venue websites. I'm not responsible for what happens on those sites. If a link is broken or pointing somewhere it shouldn't, let me know.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. I try to keep it accurate but the information here (especially the show schedule) can fall behind reality. If a date matters, confirm with me directly.

Liability

Using this site is at your own risk. I'm not liable for damages from how you use it or rely on what's on it. Any actual gig is governed by whatever booking agreement we sign for that gig, not by these terms.
